His passion for technology & software development, has been instrumental in the formation & ongoing development of the Cadimage Tools and their worldwide distribution. Purchased Cadimage Solutions Ltd in October 2006 and is now Managing Director of both Cadimage Tools Ltd and Graphisoft NZ Ltd.

Tracey Gatland Sales Director Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Psychology followed by several years travel throughout Australasia. Gained a broad corporate business background with 12 years management experience leading teams in service, sales and marketing roles in the telecommunications, power and advertising industries. Joined Cadimage Solutions in 2005 after being attracted to the innovative service focused company culture. Initially looked after Business Development (still do) and became a Director in October 2006. Passionate about our great team, managing relationships and finding business solutions for our customers and potential customers.
Glen Richardson Developer Gained a New Zealand Certificate in Architectural Drafting and worked on small commercial and residential design throughout the greater Waikato for about 10 years, 3 years trying to work out how to afford ArchiCAD and 4 years using ArchiCAD, before returning to university to study Computer Mathematical Science. Created a New Zealand Bracing add-on for ArchiCAD as my honors paper. Following this I moved from being a Client of Cadimage to being their employee. For the last 6 years I have worked on Custom projects and tools for ArchiCAD where I am able to combine my knowledge of Architecture with that of Computers to provide useful enhancements to the program.
Andrew Watson Developer Received my MSc in Physics from the University of Canterbury and then found work as a draftsman with a small architectural design company. After a few months working with pen and ink on a drawing board, we upgraded to ArchiCAD 4.5. It wasn’t long before I started to dabble in GDL programming, and with encouragement from our local ArchiCAD reseller, Theometric Software was launched. The product range evolved to include Door & WindowBuilder, StairBuilder and Rapid Details. In 2004, Theometric Software was absorbed into Cadimage Tools. Subsequently I have continued to hone my GDL expertise and related skills while working on a range of projects.
Radomir Perzina Web Developer Moved to New Zealand from the Czech Republic in 2008 and joined the Cadimage Tools team soon after arriving in the country. He has a Ph.D in Computer Science, M.Sc in Managerial Infomatics and a B.Sc in Management Information Systems. Worked as a Programmer Analyst, Project Manager, Web Developer and lectured in Mathematical Methods in Economics at university level. Is familiar with a wide range of database systems, operating systems and development tools. He speaks English, Czech and German and is passionately focused on delivering web based solutions for our customers and team members.
Joshua Osborne Quality Assurance Joined Cadimage Tools in 2004 after studying for a Computer Science degree. He is responsible for overall quality assurance for the Cadimage Tools. This includes the creation and management of installers, overseeing the delivery releases and ensuring all testing phases are completed. He ensures Support operations run smoothly and helps customers with their requests. He is the guy who ‘knows stuff about computers’ and enjoys solving very curly technical problems.
Jack Yuan Customer Service Joined Cadimage Tools as a Junior Developer in 2006 after receiving a Computer Science degree from the University of Auckland. Became passionate about GDL programming after being inspired by the value Cadimage Tools add to ArchiCAD. Works on custom projects and tools upgrades as a support programmer as well as testing the final product. Still constantly being enlightened by the expertise of the senior developers. Has recently started working in the Cadimage Tools support area and is enthusiastic about solving any customer problems.
